2016 Alice Sauvignon Blanc, Orange NSW - This is the first release from our new Bathurst winery. After 7 days on skins, the must was basket pressed before the juice was settled overnight. We then ran the clear juice into second use French oak barrels and allowed it to ferment to dryness. The wine was then matured on lees for 9 months before being hand bottled under Diam cork. (LUC $12.50 per bottle).
2011 Polished Chardonnay, Eden Valley SA - This wine was barrel fermented in second use French oak after being picked with crisp acidity and moderate sweetness. In a cool year for Eden Valley, the wine took several years in the cellar to reach its full potential. Now it is balanced and elegant with minerality and vibrance that is perfectly matched to grilled seafood. (LUC $10.00 per bottle).
2011 38 Wickets Shiraz, Barossa Valley SA - This is a rich and approachable Barossa Shiraz with a very smart price tag. Entirely from Greenock, this wine is loaded with cassis and blackcurrant as well as lashings of new French oak. (LUC $10.00 per bottle).
2010 Godfrey Alexander I Shiraz Stonewell, Barossa Valley SA - This is a single vineyard Shiraz that was open fermented and matured in American oak barrels, unfiltered and drinking beautifully. (LUC $18.00 per bottle).
2010 Godfrey Edward I Greenock, Barossa Valley SA - In 2010 this was an exceptional parcel of Greenock Shiraz that was nurtured post basket pressing and matured in new French oak for 15 months. Unfiltered and excellent, this wine matches char-grilled red meats ferfectly. (LUC $18.00 per bottle).
